Refund Policy

Important: VoxCanal does not provide monetary refunds for credit purchases. All refunds, if approved, are issued as account credits only.
1. No Monetary Refunds
All purchases of credits on VoxCanal are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to:
- Credit packages purchased through the app
- One-time credit top-ups
- Auto-recharge purchases
- Any promotional or discounted credit purchases
2. Credit-Based Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds in the form of account credits. Credit refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Technical Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system error
- Service Failure: If our service failed to process your scans due to a technical issue on our end and credits were deducted
- Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that a purchase was made without your authorization
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Credit refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchasing credits
- Unused credits remaining in your account
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated summaries or audio quality (subjective preferences)
- Poor quality input images or documents provided by the user
- Credits used for completed scans, regardless of user satisfaction
- Account closure or deletion
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
4. Requesting a Credit Refund
If you believe you qualify for a credit refund under Section 2, you must:
- Contact us at support@shiphustle.com within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide your account email and transaction details
- Explain the specific issue and why you believe a refund is warranted
- Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
5. Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will:
- Investigate your claim within 5-7 business days
- Contact you if additional information is needed
- Notify you of our decision via email
- If approved, credit your account within 2-3 business days
Our decision is final and not subject to appeal.
6. Credit Expiration
Refunded credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits:
- Credits do not expire
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
7. Payment Provider Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider (bank, credit card company, or payment platform):
- Your VoxCanal account may be immediately suspended
- All credits in your account may be forfeited
- You must resolve the dispute directly with us before account reinstatement
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
8. Service Issues and Support
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team. Many issues can be resolved through:
- Technical troubleshooting
- Account adjustments
- Usage guidance and tips
- Feature explanations
9. Free Credits and Promotions
Free credits, promotional credits, or bonus credits are:
- Non-refundable under any circumstances
- Subject to specific terms and conditions
- May have expiration dates
- Cannot be combined with refund requests
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of VoxCanal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
